What's not to love about a fudgey brownie made with rich dark chocolate from Ecuador and laced with the perfect companion to good chocolate, red wine. 

 

After a fascinating and boozy trip to a vineyard in the incredibly photogenic Chile, it occurred to us that the only thing missing from a brownie sometimes is a rich sweet icing made from Chilean Cabernet Sauvignon. Not for the faint-hearted and made accessible to coeliacs with a totally gluten-free recipe*.
