Our Classic fudgy brownie has gone all festive with this beautiful addition to our range! Baked into the centre, we've hidden our favourite seasonal tea-dunking treat; swedish pepparkakor biscuits which compliment our rich Baileys truffle filling! Yes, we use real actual Baileys (our sister is an absolute FIEND for this stuff in December) and yes, it does contain alcohol :)

With this classic rich brownie, we've paired a few of our go-to December sweet treats! Every year around December 14th, it happens to be our anniversary, so, we *usually* go somewhere European, chilly and festive to wander markets, drink gluhwein and INHALE warm sticky caramel stroop waffels.....

Our classic rich Blondie made with Organic white chocolate has been given a festive twist in the form of ALL the flavours of our Gran's favourite German cake. Back in the days before Aldi and Lidl, she would bring several of those dense gorgeous logs back in her suitcase - THAT is the extent of love for stollen we have in our family.
